Does Prize Logic do this to others on AMOE requests?

In my experience over the last 3-4 years Prize Logic has failed miserably in fulfilling AMOE requests for codes. They usually start out ok then just altogether quit fulfilling AMOE code requests a few weeks into the sweeps. I make every effort to comply with their rules,mailing and information requirements but the 5 hour energy sweeps is abysmal. They haven't returned a code in over two weeks. They did this with Food Lion and other sweeps in the past. Emails to their zen desk go unanswered except for the acknowledgement that they have received it. Do you have this problem with Prize Logic ? Some sweeps I want to go after but it seems like they don't want anyone to participate from start to finish. I'm frustrated with them. Anyone have any ideas? And no I'm not going to write the Attorney's General of Michigan.....

As a test have you tried sending a mailed envelope with receipt request? I just wonder if they are receiving it at all.
 
They require ONLY 3.5 by 5 postcards. Post office can/does not track it. They're getting them. they answered almost everyone for the frst 3 weeks then they fell off.
 
Have you tried contacting their customer service?
 
Maybe someone else will see this forum post and share their experience. In the past I've heard varying reports about this company.
