Does it matter if your 3 x 5 cards are lined for mail-in sweepstakes?

Okay, so this has been making me a little paranoid lol. I have done a bunch of mail-ins lately and I've been using lined/ruled index cards. Do you think that could pose a problem? I haven't seen anything in the rules of the ones I've entered explicitly banning them, but I know a lot of people use the cards that are completely blank with no lines. Have you ever won a mail-in where you used lined index cards?

My advice is to always use blank cards and papers, no lines. I have won many mail ins this way. :)
