I was notified that I won a sweep on January 19th (it was for RumChata Unusual Gift Drop and I won a Anytime Bonfire Kit) I filled out the required paperwork and they told me they would get back to me with shipping information once they sent it out, but they haven't sent anything yet. I know sometimes it may be months after you win for you to actually receive the item, but this is my first time where they said they were going to send me shipping info so I assumed it was going to be quicker. Has anyone sent a follow up email in this scenario? Its not time sensitive just wondering if they forgot lol.
Do you follow up on non-time sensitive sweep wins?

It wouldn't hurt to send a gentle email asking if you might have missed the information. It has been long enough, I don't think they would take offense. These are all ran by humans and sometimes they do forget. I had that happen once and they were very apologetic. Good luck!
