And then end up sad because you aren't getting any email? I was getting so many, and now I check my email and there is nothing new. It would be nice if I could get some winner notifications in there to take the place of all that magazine junk.

lol - moderation is the key here!

I only subscribe to newsletters that give me free codes/sweeps links/etc. or where I use their product/service - like Coke Sweepstakes/Subway/Pepsi/etc.

I usually let them send me whatever they want unless they are sending multiples a day. Once I start getting about 150 a day I spend a couple days unsubscribing. And then the next 2 weeks wondering if my email even works anymore.
