...you don't use the Sponsor's product? For example, if you don't drink coffee do you enter the coffee sponsored contests? Or don't chew Orbit gum? Or don't eat at Dunkin Donuts? would you enter their contest? Almost all contests say "no purchase necessary" or that a purchase will not improve your odds of winning, but I'm just not sure what the norm is for most sweepers.

I enter sweeps where I or a family member will enjoy it. I pass up a lot of IW's & Daily/Weekly/Monthly prize sweeps {my favorite categories} if we have no use for them.

I don't ebay or do craigslist, so it's pointless to try to win something I have no use for :crazytongue:

It depends on whether the prize would be useful. With me, I look at all the prizes. Sometimes, I enter only in the hopes that I'll get the grand prize (yeah, like that'll happen LOL) if it's something I really want. Other times I'll pass on a grand prize I feel is so-so and the rest of the prizes are of no use to me. I'm kind of selective and basically, I'm cheap and won't buy most of the stuff, but if I can win it, I'll surely use it. I'd rather pass on a sweeps that has prizes I don't want or need than to spend the time entering and winning just for the sake of winning. I'll leave those prizes for someone that really wants them.

 Makes no difference what the product may be to me. I enter based on whether they have a prize that I could find a use for.

I am like most of the others who posted....I enter ones that interest me or the prizes are good. If I don't use the products (often) I get a free code to play. :)
