I won a MVP gift card in the Popeyes® MVP Bundle Sweepstakes. notification stated I would receive prize 8-10 weeks after sweeps ended. it ended January 17th. I enquired yesterday as to when I could expect my prize and today received this reply.

Thank you for reaching out! Your prize was fulfilled via email. Please be advised that the prize email came directly from FansEdge. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders as these emails are sometimes directed there.

I do a search (usually a couple of times a day) for key words, such as congrat and notification. the last couple of weeks I have been doing MVP and helloworld. I also scan the subject line of spam before deleting, occasionally it does read a Win but are almost always junk.

I sent a reply that the least they could have done was state in the original notification that the win notification would be coming from FansEdge. been counting on this win toward the cost of a new pair of walking shoes.
 
Is there a way you can follow-up? Something like asking your contact person at helloworld or Popeyes to contact FansEdge or give you the information so you can contact FansEdge, to ask them to re-send or send another email, since you did not see/receive the email and were unable to do whatever the email instructed to get your prize?

I guess you already tried to restore deleted emails to look for it there.

Hope there is a way you can take another step.

I've been waiting since Aug 30th for that email. I sent 2 emails to Helloworld asking about the email and confirmation of my win. I've heard nothing. Not even an acknowledgement of my emails. How do I go about getting the prize I won? Anyone have an idea? Thank God I did a screen print or I'd have no proof I won anything.
