Did an OOPS!Office Depot! Need Help

I got a winning screen on the office depot game and clicked off it before I realized I had won.Plus I had put in the wrong email address that isn't mine. I meant to use my gmail account and put everything correct but gmail. I put yahoo and it isn't my email. I sent them an email, but was wondering if you had to confirm the win after the winning page. I'm soo upset because I haven't won an instant win in a long long time.
 
hubby won a tv and they emailed him a form to fill out here is the info from the form

I, too, won a tv from them and was immediately sent an email and a form to fill out and send in the mail within 5 days....

I just won on the instant (the shredder) I got a confirmation email that said my prize will arrive in 5 to 8 weeks, nothing to fill out that I could see.
