It;s been terribly slow for wins for me so I needed this!!

As a follow-up to our conversation this morning, on behalf of Cousins Subs I would like to congratulate you on being selected as our grand prize winner of the Cousins Subs ‘Buckys Got Game’ social media sweepstakes!
Again, I know it’s a lot of information coming at you quick, but please let me know at your earliest convenience if you are able to accept this prize, preferably by noon – 1 pm today so I can begin setting up the hotel.
The grand prize package includes the following:
Two (2) tickets to the Men’s Basketball Conference Championship Tournament for sessions between March 2-4, 2018 in New York City at Madison Square Garden.
We will send tickets via certified mail with travel stipend.
One (1) weekend hotel stay (Note: we will book the hotel once attendance is confirmed).

Cousins Subs will announce the winners of the sweepstakes to local and national media and share photos across our social media channels. As part of this promotion, we will include a variation of photos you submit (e.g. photos of you enjoying your time at the tournament). Please submit photos to me at by no later than March 19, 2018.
Attached is a media waiver indicating that you give us permission to use your name, quotes and submitted photos on social media and in news releases to the media. Please have you and your guest sign and return with the photos you submit by March 19, 2018.
Lastly, please fill out and return the attached W9 form.
