Congratulations! I've just stayed at Courtyard twice in the past week, traveling for the holiday. They are very nice. A bit of advice, though. The Courtyards are moving away from the breakfast buffet, usually about $10 or so, and going to a "bistro" for breakfast. We ate off the bistro menu, spent $22 for breakfast for 2 people, and were quite disappointed. We ordered simple sandwich items and they were awful.
