Coors Virtual Train

So...I booked a seat on the virtual train Monday. Never got a confirmation email, checked spam too. Today I did receive an email that I was identified as a potential winner but was deemed ineligible. The rules state the entrant must be over 21, no one else can be in the photo, nothing offensive and no logos on clothing. I checked all the boxes. What the heck? No explanation as to why I'm ineligible.

Molson Coors also told me I had won a prize and reneged for no reason stated. I have a complaint with them at the BBB, filed a fraud complaint with the FTC, and just wrote a letter to the head of their marketing department. You should, as well. Demand an explanation.
