Confused On A Mail In Entry

Hi everyone, I was wanting to ask a question about a mail in sweepstake.

This sweepstake is for a motorcycle. It says to print out and complete the form and mail it to an address they provided. BUT, here is where I get confused. I read the official rules and it says to send in a 3x5 card with name, number, email, etc.

So which one do I send in? The form has to be printed out, so I printed it out, filled it out and its in an envelope ready to mail. But then the rules say 3x5 card with info on it, and doesn't even mention the mail in form.

Not sure what to do.

Thanks.

Hiya turbolag

I did a search using "snail" as my search term & the drop down FORUMS from the home page and found this stickied thread in the General Sweepstakes Talk forum:

Snail Mail in question & answers thread
https://www.sweepsadvantage.com/for...81689-snail-mail-question-answers-thread.html

prettyfechi15 - if they ask for a 3x5 card, you use card stock. If it says 3x5 paper, you could use either paper or card stock

ALSO - 3x5 is too small - postcards are 3 1/2" or 4-1/4" x 5"

https://postcalc.usps.com/PopUps/FCMPostcard.htm

Postcard Dimension Minimum Maximum

Height 3-1/2 inches (8.890 cm) 4-1/4 inches (10.795 cm)
Length 5 inches (12.700 cm) 6 inches (15.240 cm)
Thickness 0.007 inch (0.018 cm) 0.016 inch (0.040 cm)

Any item smaller than the minimum dimensions is not mailable.
For postcards, length is the dimension parallel to the address.
Postcards must be rectangular and be made of unfolded and uncreased paper or card stock.

Large cards that exceed the maximum dimensions of a postcard pay the First-Class Mail letter, large envelope, or package price.

btw - there is probably a stickied thread for most questions sweepers have in these forums;
