collection is null

Hello fellow sweepers, it is I Stella807, with an observation and a question. When I get done filling out a sweep and get the "collection is null" message. I figured out, usually that means I have to log into the website to be eligible. Today, I was at the nick jr website filling out the Cape Cod resort sweeps, and the "collection is null" message came up. T%here is no place to register on their website, so I read the rules a little slower, and there is no reason I should be getting this message.
Does anyone have any insights as to the "collection is null' message popping up where an :scratch: "entry was successfully submitted" message should come up? Thank you!
 
The only place I have ever seen that is with the hot topic or spencers sweeps it will say that in the form. I just went and entered nick jr one and I didnt get that messege it went to thanks. maybe it was some kind of clitch. I dont know. maybe you can try again.
 
VH1 and GAC do that too - I just refresh the page, wait a few minutes, then fill and resubmit the form. Sometimes, it works the 1st time I try, other times, I have to try 2+ times, or I just give up and move on to the next one :error:
 
The "collection is null" probably means that the server or form did not get or post the data as expected.
Null in programming land means "empty" .
