I won a $20 cash card through this game but when i try to redeem it the site is down and having technical problems. I am worried I will loose the win if they dont fix it soon. I won on August 30th. I have sent an email but have not gotten a response back. Anyone else having this problem or know what I can do to fix it.

hmmm.... i won on sep 1 and claimed it right away without any problems.it is alot to fill out though.you have to register your card and get an account before you can even get the card sent to you,i guess that means it will all be activated when it comes in the mail,or maybe if you win another one they just load it all on one.it just seemed like alot to fill out for a little 20 dollar card.i hope they get it fixed soon because i think you only have 30 days to claim it.good luck!
 
Hmm this is strange, I callled the 1800 number and they are suppose to look into it but said it might take 5-7 days. We will see I suppose.
