I had received a winning screen for a retro-inspired record player and an email stating they needed further information. Basically, to confirm my address, I assumed. When I click their link in the email, it took me to the main Coke Sweepstakes site and click on the "Claim your reward", it shows the record player and a redeem button. I click the redeem button and I am taken another page that states "check your verification history" and "partial entry", click that and another page with a big "oops, something went wrong, try again later." I waited a day and tried again, same issue. I emailed Coke support and was sent a response that stated "This is a case of an “entry to win” as this prize has a drawing date of 7/27/2019, so you would not have access to it yet." So, now I go back to read the rules, again. It states the prize is an instant win, not an entry to win. I am debating another email to try to figure out if their rules are wrong, if the person who responded is wrong or if I am just completely and utterly confused. Anyone else have this issue with this Instant Win that maybe isn't really an instant win?
