CLEANING OUT EMAIL

How often does everyone clean your email? In other words the email that I use for sweeps gets pretty full with junk. I went thru the other day and cleaned alot out (i.e. unsubscribed to several places that I think were over or that I just got from entering). SHould I just not do that, in case the sponsor wouldn't contact me if I weren't subscribed? What does everyone else do, how do you handle this?

I'll be honest, I do it very infrequently. Maybe once every several months. If I know something may be important later on, I will move it to a separate folder and delete the rest (If my inbox is getting full, especially)
