These web persons are displaced nerds who behave like power drunk idiots and have no idea how to relate to flesh and blood people. Imagine, we cause them to have jobs. Something to think about when you try to "reason" with them.
 
Folks, I am getting emails from Classic Heart Land. They are not a sponsor but if you have an issue with them please contact their site directly.

I tried to contact them about 6 weeks ago by email but never got a response. Do you have an email address we can use where we can get a response from them? Thanks!

I sent Classic Heartland the email message that used to be in this thread...but now is not. But that's okay, because I saved the original post. :crazytongue: Now...after sending these people the complaint regarding the rude email response (posted earlier), I received the following reply from Classic Heartland:

Sir,

Please stop emailing us. We do not appreciate emails accusing us of "lacking in general courtesy," etc.
If you wish to continue entering our contests, please feel free to do so. However, continued harassment from members on the www.sweepsadvantage.com forum board will be reported.

Well, if I hadn't quit entering their sweeps a year ago ... I DEFINITELY would now.

This is NOT a response expected from a legitimate sweep run by a legitimate company!!!!!!!

Thank God we are a legitimate Forum, eh??

... really sorry Ken if this caused some sort of 'negative' feedback from them ... but I really think you should have NOT have deleted my response to the original post (which you also deleted) ... it was: calm, considerate, and polite ... as all things should be ... right??? :scratch: I've definately seen worse here. :whistle: ....

Due to the tone of this recent email by you, I would ask that you 1) refrain from emailing anyone at the classicheartland.com domain, 2) refrain from visiting our Website classicheartland.com and 3) never enter any of our contests again.
At no time was anyone involved with our organization rude to you. In fact, I have no record of anyone here every writing to you before. We are sorry if you have a problem with the communications between our organization and other individuals. However, we feel that you have no right to contact us in a manner such as you have this evening. We find it to be harassing and that it is consistent with "cyber bullying."

If you choose not to honor our request to leave us alone and to stay off of our site, we will pursue all legal avenues available to us. Regardless of what you or anyone feels about me or anyone else, we feel that you have no right to harass us in any way, and we hereby request that you, as a member of SweepsAdvantage.com (who is responding to words published on the SweepsAdvantage.com Website) kindly leave us alone.

(I WILL sue them for defamation of character and slander! :crazytongue: :crazytongue: I will happily provide anybody (that is a member here) a transcript of my email... I've got nothing to hide ... but they should be running for cover right now, because they have REALLY upset me now and that's NOT a good idea!!!!)
 
Mr. Brothers and SA Friends, Thank you so very much for your kindness and support in this matter..it means a great deal to me. I am so sorry that they have treated you in a rude and threatening manner as well.

I hate to be the kind of person that backs down, but I suggest that we do not let them to continue to ruin our holiday season. This is a site full of friendly and caring people and we should have been treated as such.

If they were a legitimate company, they would have responded differently by trying to make amends to both of us and anyone else who sent in an email.

Thank you so very much for going the extra mile to help a stranger, you are a good man. I sincerely wish you and yours a wonderful and winning holiday season!!!!
