Citi "Every Step of the Way"
Won the $500 gift card and was notified on June 5th that I was the winner of a $250 gift card and had to fill out paperwork and e-mail back and advised them that if I was week seven winner it should have been the $500 gift card and they e-mail I was correct and it would arrive in 6 to 8 weeks - When it did not arrive during this period I e-mailed them back and never got a response so I called them and after many transfers I was advised the person was gone - To make a very long story short they are now telling me it is being mailed out by Citi directly (regular mail) and should arrive around the 22nd of August - This will put it at over 11 weeks (something about a special made collectors card) - What a huge, huge disappointment - Was going to use the money to get stuff for my daughter for college - Hope I never have to do business again with Marden-Kane Inc!
