chatroom chickens

ok, im a person who likes to talk. i freely admit this. not catty gossipy crap but just in general talking saying hi etc. often times i see their is someone in the chatroom. so i enter and say hi. usually this causes the said person to bolt like i have the plague. i consider myself a pretty nice person a bit quirky but not the type ppl run in horror from. i mean.....maybe im just an oddball but isnt the chatroom for chatting? maybe im not cool enough for some of you? :crazytongue: maybe i have to much free time on my hands? so im general if your feeling brave and you encounter me in chat feel free to say hi, i dont bite much and hopefully this wont be tmi but im gay friendly, im not racist, i dont have a criminal record, and i like fraggles. so come on a 27 year old who like fraggles cant be bad...right? :laughing:

p.s. i will be keeping careful count of how many ppl read this and dont reply! *winks*

I have done the same thing.
In fact so many times that I just don't go in the chat room anymore.

Probably a good thing - it can be time consuming.
 
I lot of time it shows someone as being in there when they arent. They have already left but its still showing them as in there.. Dont take it personal.. lots of people here like to chat and I dont think they will run away if ya go in there.. :laughing:

maybe when ya feel like chatting just start a thread asking if anyone wants to go into chat or something?.. I have seen those before.
 
Omg ~ I LOVE the fraggles...will be singing that all day in my head now :laughing: I have the fraggle rock theme song on my cell as a ringtone!!

I don't go into chat much. I've usually got facebook, myspace, and SA all open at once so I'm always messing with something stupid ~ lol! But I don't stay outta chat cause you are there, I promise...:love:
 
Hmm, I don't know about that "Fraggle" thing, that sounds suspicious ... :laughing:.

I'm only afraid of the chat room because I know from experience that it sucks down time. I'd hate to have someone come to the door at 11 AM and still be in my jammies! (Oh yes, it has happened, and at much later times than 11 AM.)
 
yep pink... momma of 3 is right... lots of times the room will show someone there are they really aren't .. this is due to hitting the close button (x) instead of the red button (red circle). but i'm always in there and never really get much action... if someone pops in great... if not... no biggie... i figure those who want to come in will....
 
:sunny: Don't take it personal. I will bet that the next time someone who is reading this will be in there chatting with you. I usually just don't have the time, but do go in occasionally.
 
pinkgotnerfed - I don't chat because even after all these years, I still have to hunt the keys with 2 fingers :cussing: so I usually end up talking about stuff everyone is already finished with and I have to scroll back to see what I missed!!! :nono: :cry: :crazytongue:

Fraggles are cool annielouise - think muppets on acid, lol!!! :laughing:
 
I sometimes go in chat but it gets hard to keep up with the typing and because my vision isn't that great I sometimes can't see the words to good.
 
Pink...I have to put up with your Fraggle lovin' antics on Guild Wars and now you want me to chat with you here?!? :laughing: BTW...I should be back on GW this weekend. I keep missing you by just minutes. My sleep is all screwy this week.
