Chase Metals?

I just posted this in the "questions" forum but I'm hoping someone can give me some insight.
I just got a voice message saying it was Chase Metals calling regarding a contest I entered to win 100 silver coins! I'm curious if this is legit or not? I do remember entering Money Metals Exchange giveaway but I don't remember the name Chase Metals. Can anyone give me some idea if it's legit or not?

I got the same call a couple weeks ago. He wished me good luck and asked if I had an interest in making a purchase.

Bummer! That got my heart racing for a minute:-( I did call back but he didn't answer, so I left a message. I just went back and looked at the rules for the sweeps and they usually contact the winner after the beginning of the month by email.

Yeah, I got a call from them a day or two ago trying to inform me about investing in precious metals. At the end of the call he wished me luck in winning the sweepstakes.

Please don't post questions in the winner circle forum. This forum is for confirmed Prize Wins. Thank you!

Long story short I used to email my family sweeps that was approved by me *only*, and had to pass my stringent test BUT* when I turned one fam. member loose around the internet because I am taking a break right now might be back I guess IDK....anyway, they found other sweeps not like I'd ever send.....Umm I'm pretty sure they asked my brother to provide them (3) Elderly People's who are retired phone numbers. Listen up people, when we first heard the message left on our answering machine, they'd thought they'd won something. I said "hey, I am practically I contest pro you didn't win anything nothing please listen to me...." YET they were talking about it, even about what if they req'd a social security number. I was like you will be ruined if you give that over the phone nevertheless. I'd Never give that out ever without contacting a company sponsor or verifying it. really ever in my book....The guy who called us was very not legit and shame on them for asking for a scam!! Sounds like the same thing - it was for coins turned out be the second call we found out one coin might have won not did win it... ....Yeah I don't know what all would happen if you gave out too much personal info, for one- you'd be broke, scammed, and IMO...

ya sure wouldn't be sweeping anymore!

I just got a call from them a few days ago. They said they were in the final round of picking a winner and they were calling to confirm eligibility (This is new to me). After a few basic questions about age, and living in the states he gave me a confirmation number. He said they would be picking soon and you had to have your confirmation to show you'd gone through the eligibility screener. My spidey senses were on high alert, but they didn't ask for any SS# or CC#. He also didn't try to sell me anything, so I'll let you know if I hear anything else?
