They are offering a $2.00 coupon, gee whiz, sure makes me feel better, not!Bummer! Thanks so much for letting us know. I followed the instructions in the email and got a strange B2B canned email back. I wasn’t sure what to do next. They should at least honor it with a free coupon or something! Oh well.
I filled out the form, and it all looked pretty legit to me (at least enough for them to have my name and address). Assume they figured out that most people who thought they'd won a year's worth of necessity product weren't pleased with a glib-sounding "oopsie poopsie, here's a $2 coupon where we'll probably still make money off your purchase lollol!!" Sometimes, I do wonder about PR people.Anybody else receive another email today that offers 2 FREE (up to $25) for a Charmin package coupons? Not sure if I should accept it.

She squad I will give you 6 dollar coupon. I told her I get get 2 dollar every day. I explained to her what sweepers go through to enter sweepstakes. I told them you guys should give the value of the Charmin paper18 roll. I'm so glad you were able to receive this. I think I got those free high value coupons because I filled out the winner confirmation they sent in the first email. I tagged and complained to them directly on FB, and the sweepers there treated me like I was a dog. That I should have "let it go". That I should have given the big coupons (compensation) back. It is SO CRAZY what jealous people will say. Often these were the same sweepers who had won huge prizes repeatedly, and I know for a fact they would not have just "let it go" if they didn't receive it if the sponsor changed their minds. AS far as reading the rules, any decent sponsor should NEVER put in their rules if it is their mistake, they won't make it right, and too bad, too sad. And the person who came up with oopsie poopsie as a "cute" way to tell people they went from a year's supply to a $2 coupon should be fired! So many had told family members excitedly that they had won. I didn't realize a bunch had been told until it had turned into a snake's pit conversation on FB. They are still trashing FELLOW SWEEPERS over it! I have had many hobbies, but this one is where it is hard to find the gold among the fool's gold. It has literally made me sad and ill for days being treated like crap. I am so glad there is a supportive family here who understands the pain, and how hard people work for any wins this year. This was not a tiny company. This company could afford to make it right. With a little publicity, they did. I was NOT the person they interviewed on the news, but I DID tag them on FB. I just feel like justice is never served by putting things under a rug. I have had wins that a sponsor refused to send. The companies get away with it because we are too scared to make a fuss, or we think the prizes will run out, which is hilarious. Even on a bad year, there are a zillion corporations giving away prizes. JMO. I am sure there are many who want to throw me back on the bonfire, but I fight for those who think they don't have a voice. I knew if a big enough stink was made, they would want it to go away. Considering I think Charmin likely sent out that winning message to everyone who entered I'm happy with these new coupons. In fact, I'd have been content with one of them (tho I'll def accept both)
I am so sorry! I would be ready to quit by that point. Lots of nice wins! I hope God gives back triple fold what the devil took from you this year.I have been entering sweeps for a long time with many good wins. This year, however, I have had four bad experiences. The Hamilton Beach win that was not; The Dreo win that was not and now Charmin. But the worst was Schweppes Golf. I was notified I won a golf club which was supposed to be awarded as $600 check. Never received and have been unable to get any help after so many phone calls and emails. I cannot even get a winners list. I hope 2025 is better for all of us. Thanks for letting me rant!!
