SURPRISE! Yesterday Fed-Ex delivered an envelope which contained a check from helloworld in a folder saying I won $500.00 for my photo submission which I think was in March sometime. I have no idea which photo was chosen as I submitted a different one each day.

GREAT WIN !! I had some great photos to submit, but for some unknown reason Virginia residents were prohibited from entering. Seems they never tell you why certain states are prohibited. I understand if the company doesn't do business in your state, but other than that, I don't get it.

dagger66 - usually it's For the children - VA is tobacco country but AFAIK the State {VA} has laws prohibiting tobacco sweeps

Also, sponsors have to post a bond & some States ask too much {FL}
