Capelli New York- very disappointing!

Last month I won a Facebook win for a pair of rain boots from Capelli New York

so I ordered a pair and when they arrived they were wayyyyyy too small even though I ordered one size up from my normal size

What to do? so I called them to see if I COULD return them for another pair.. the lady in charge told me sure, she issued me a return UPS label and off they went

Well its been two weeks and I haven't heard anything so I called them to tell them that the pair was returned on such & such date and that I would like to know where to go from here

The same lady in charge puts me on hold and tells me that all they can offer me is 20% off another pair

I tell her this was a contest win!! I had already called before I sent them back and asked if I COULD send them back for another pair, contest win, etc etc!!

Nope, "thats all they can do".. the original promo code expired so all they can offer me is 20% off another pair

I think thats ridiculous!! I am so peeved right now you have no idea

If I had known that they would go back on their word I would've just kept the stupid small pair to begin with and sold them!

FB is awesome because you can post {nicely} to their wall and {usually} get a good resolution - you'll probably have to comment under one of their posts, since most don't allow others to start convos, but give it a try, gl!!!
