can't see any sweeps

I don't know what i did but i can't find the sweeps--like if i go to One Entry sweeps-it tells me how many there are but when i try to go to them,i keep seeing a big banner and i'm logged in when i'm having this problem.I tried logging out & then logging back in & am having the same trouble-can someone help me please? ty
