I recently got a new computer and now I'm having trouble reading the rules for some of the sweepstakes. When I click on rules a long oblong box will appear at the bottom of the screen saying "do you want to open or save rules?" Is there any way I can read the rules without this box popping up? Thank you for any help you can give me.
