I won a recent printer from canon sweepstake. Got to fill out an affidavit w a notary and scan it by email within a few days. Hoping I can complete this in the way.

congrats, most banks have a notary, and maybe they the people giving away the prize could give you a fax number and the bank could fax it in to them,

Good tip Laney...my bank never charges a fee. Scan and send with my home printer is usually the easiest way for me.
