Cannot save entry dates

Hi,

I have noticed a problem for the past week or so. After entering a sweepstakes, I check the "sweeps check entry date" and click the "add to my sweepstakes" link. Then I check "save my sweepstakes," yet nothing is saved even though I am logged in correctly. I've been using this feature for ages, so I'm not sure why I am having trouble with it now.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
Today was my first day ever saving sweeps.

I clicked the "add to my sweepstakes" link and then when I was done, I clicked "save my sweepstakes. Now, earlier they didn't show up. Just now I rechecked them and they were showing up.

The only thing I did differently than you is I didn't check the "sweeps check entry date". I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I'm still extremely new at saving sweeps like I said.
 
I need to know what part of the site you are on when this happens, OS Version & Browser Version. Thank you. :)
 
This has been happening to me too. I'm using IE, and when I go through the sweeps listed for a certain day, they seem to save fine. But if I do a search, say "cosmopolitan", check the date & add to my sweeps, try to save sweeps and I get a message (from IE ) to retry. I retry and nothing. It's very frustrating. I don't know if it's SA or IE, but both my desktop and my laptop started doing this about a week ago too.
 
This should be fixed but you need to clear your temp files to pick up the changes. Thank You for Reporting this. :)
 
This has been a problem for me also and it is when I go to like the page for a specific sweeps for like Need Coffee.com or all others it will not save.

If you are using the sweepstakes search it is fixed. Is this what you are doing? :)
