Cannot Add Sweeps Or Use Sweep Check Options

All the Sweeps Checks options are not working for me - adding, checking for sweeps I've entered, etc - each time I click on an option, it brings me to the top of the page.
My name is showing as logged in and I can enter the sweeps but that's it. Is the site down?
