can you not tweet for additional entries, anymore ???

so some of the blog sweepstakes ive been doing had where you could tweet for an extra entry everyday ... all of a sudden sunday night it stopped... i can no longer tweet for an extra entry ... did twitter change rules... anyone else know whats going on ? ?
 
That happened on the Gleam widget effective today. I asked Gleam about this earlier today via their Facebook page.

Their response was that Twitter changed their policy and have prohibited the same tweet being sent multiple times from the same account. As a result, Gleam changed the daily tweet options that you are talking about to one time entries.

The other widgets like Rafflecopter and Giveaway Tools are still allowing daily tweets for now.

I know in the past I'd run into twitter denying a repeat tweet until 24 hrs had passed
