well after winning 50.00 on sunday and not being able to get a ecode camel sweepstakes returned my calls for once today and they even logged into for me and had the same problem they said they are getting tons of calls daily and that they would get to the bottom of the problem with the company that runs their promos for them.they said they would make it up to me but didn't say how but that they know i was having problems and like everyone else they are mad as well because they company that runs their IWG are giving camel a bad name i don't feel like i'm crazy now LOL

kdh10121, can you post the number you called them with please? I think I'm going to have to call since no one has responded to the email at all yet after two weeks. They have had problems with this for years...you would think by now they would have figured it out. After playing daily, and finally getting lucky on a $25 I have to fight to redeem it and then have to try to find workarounds to actually use it once I do finally get it. Silly.
I would love to get that number too. I called and they told me that they would answer my emails. They did answer the first one, saying the issue was resolved. But it wasn't. I have been sending them new emails every 5 hours or so, and no response since Tuesday, 10/22. Spoke to the Up2U Rewards people and she told me to keep sending emails that they will eventually answer. I would LOVE a phone number to get this resoved. Kind of want my $25.00.
