I had that prob in December. You have to email them in order to activate. I had a$50.00 in December. I had to send screen shots but it did get resolved but it approx. 23 days from the first email. They take really long to respond. Like 3-6 days. But I was able to get it fixed manually, it just took forever. I won again today and it now worked.
