I just won a $50 ecode on camel sweepstakes (been playing daily faithfully) but like someone else up here I was unable to redeem it. I emailed the appropriate department.

For some reason, I have not been able to register the same day either. I have had success by waiting until the next day to register my code though. Good luck!

The only time I had an issue was when I tried to redeem after winning - waiting works!

Just an FYI. Wait at least 2 hours after winning to try and redeem. Make sure you enter information in all caps, no dashes in you birthdate (only numbers), spell out your state, and Country (no abbreviations). This method has worked for me the last few times I've won. Good Luck!
