I have two wins from camel sweepstakes. a $50 and $25 gift card code. BUT i try to claim them and cannot. I see the two wins in my Camel account but when logging in to see the balance and number from Up2rewards.....nothing. Calls to customer service twice have me on hold once for 25 mins and another for 30 mins, I gave up. emails do not get answered. A win that isnt a win

When you get into the Up2 screen sign up with your information that you used for your camel sign up. I did that and I received my code from Up2rewards.

be sure you are putting in your birthday correctly ... I don't remember for sure how it has to go in but I think it is mmddyy without any / or anything.

Alot of people have just won and it says their codes are expired. So many problems with Up2U rewards. It's a PIA
