Cabela's win?

I have been playing the Frito Lay instant win game and a winning screen came up saying I won a $10 gift card to Cabela's, but when I went to claim it, it said the code was either not valid or had already been used. Has this happened to anyone? To those who won, did you get an email confirmation? Thanks for your help!
 
I did not get an email. I just got the code on the screen. I did not try to use the code yet. Did you contact Fritolay?
 
I got the same thing on Saturday. Went to claim $10 card and screen said the it was not valid or had been used. Never received a email. Called them and they took my information and code and said they would forward information on to a supervisor and I should hear in 10 business days. She said that they had been having problems with the website. Waiting to hear, hoping for the best!
 
Same thing happened to me. I did not bother to call the 1-800 number to follow up. Too busy!
 
This happened to me on a Friday night. I took a screen shot of everything and was going to call about it on a Monday. Before I called I tried entering the code again and it worked.
