Hello! :wave: This is my first post and first win. I really would adore some advice and I can't stop wondering about this. :scratch: Anywho I entered this:

And on Nov. 23rd I got a letter in the mail saying I won (it was dated Nov. 4th) one of four no! no! hair. It also said I will shortly receive further details of how to claim, I just needed to email them acknowledging the letter.

I replied that night saying how excited I was, that I received the letter and thanked them for the opportunity to win. It has now been a month and no letter, no reply email. I have a bad feeling they didn't get the email. I also tried to re-read the rules on the website, and it is conveniently gone. It is driving me slightly mad not knowing.

So, I would really love your advice on wether I should wait longer, email them back, write a letter, or just move on cause it is a UK sweepstakes, and I might not be eligible and maybe missed that the first time I read the rules . So if I should email them again what should I say so is not to anger/annoy them?

:sunny: First off, Congratulations on your win! If it has been a month since you emailed them without any further response from them, then I would email them again. Anytime that I have to respond to an email, I almost always receive a response that they received it and/or when they will be shipping the prize. As long as you aren't cursing them out because you haven't heard from them, they won't mind your inquiry. Let us know how it turns out.
