Blogs in the One Entry category

I am seeing more & more Blogs in the One Entry category.
A Blog is a Blog, and IMO, should not be listed in the One Entry section. :nono:

I'm seeing more and more blogs appear in other categories also; i.e. blog giving away a dvd is put under "DVD's".

IMHO I think the editors work hard and should be commended for their good work. There are so many blogs out there, growing exponentially. We can all be understanding if they miss a few.

Unfortunately, it's not just a few. Plus, there are a handful of blogs that do set up something like an entry form without requiring comments or answers and are not listed as blogs because of that.

My two cents, a blog is a blog is a blog and should be listed as such no matter what the entry requirement is.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when things get to be over-categorized.

I'm simple, for me, if it's one-time, no matter what it is, it should go under the one-time category; if it's a daily entry, it should go under daily, etc. :sunny:

Just a suggestion, there is a "Report" tab under the posted sweepstakes. Use that to report a sweepstakes in the "Wrong Category". I do that when I have time, but sometimes there are quite a number of sweepstakes in wrong categories, and I just don't have the time to report each and every one of them.

We define a Blog as the promotion requiring "commenting" or "blogging" for entries. Some blog sites have regular
sweepstakes forms which changes the category.
