GL, I'm sure you won. However, in the future, ALWAYS take a screenshot of the win notification screen and save it somewhere and save the exact day and time of the notification (I save mine in my Outlook email's Draft folder). That way you'll have proof of your win if you need to 'nudge' the sweepstakes administrator if you don't receive an email.
As a matter of fact I won a $5 Dunkin' Donuts gift card in a recent sweeps and the notification screen told me I'd be getting an email within a day but never did, so after a week went byI contacted them and sent a copy of the notification screen, and got this in response ($5 is a very small win but hey, it's still $5!):
