I just received the two binocular cameras that I won on their instant game. The boxes were previously opened and retaped. They both looked liked they were used and/or damaged and returned years ago. This is the first win I've had In a long time,what a disappointment.

Oh no, sorry prize not as expected. But once in awhile will also get something that has been opened also.

I would contact whoever notified you of the win and be sure to bring this to their attention. Be sure to THANK them for offering the contest and for the prize. but just let them know it arrived in poor condition. They may not be aware of it at all or might not have had anything to do with it. Anything and everything could have happened to the package, so please contact them and let them know. More than likely, they'll make it right.

How disappointing! I'm not familiar with that game, so I don't know if Bic was the sponsor or not. If so, I would get a phone number, call and tell them how excited you were to win, and how dismayed you were with the cameras that were delivered.
