Best Sweeps to play

I'm Henry and new to the site. I have read some interesting comments on the forum and would like to gain some further information. What games give the best chance of winning or is it hit and miss?

On one forum I saw where two gamers said that they have won over 21K in the last two years. Is this typical for those who have been playing for a while?

This is time consuming but I think it will be worth it. I will be a part of the site for a long time and look forward to speaking with any and everyone who wants to communicate.

with the instants its all about timing. I prefer the ones with alot of prizes. That doesnt always work though. take the airwick instant for example. what? 6000 instant win prizes and I cant win on that one for nothing :smt009 I was always entering in the early morning and I did really well. then It got slow so now I mix up the times I enter the instants.Dailys-enter the ones also that have alot of prizes or short entry periods. the dailys that go on for a year I dont bother with. one entry are great. your odds are better. unlimited I love. enter alot. not for stuff ya dont want cause you're just wasting your time. People really do win big. I dont think that kind of money is typical but it depends on the number of sweeps ya enter. to win alot ya have to enter alot. I recently did the math on my wins compared to mysweeps. and while I have won alot I have won less than 2% of what I have entered. so, enter, enter ,enter. good luck henry. Welcome to SA, henrybusby! 3mnkids1 summed things up pretty well. Persistence is also a big part of winning. Although I have never won a jackpot prize myself, somebody does. Keep entering and next time it could be you (or me!). As you can see from the Winners Circle, people are winning all the time. It may take a little while to get the ball rolling, but eventually the prizes will start arriving.

If you don't already use an autofill feature, download the free version of Roboform. It will fill in the blanks on most entry forms for you and speed up your sweeping time.

SA's site features are also a big help when you're organizing your sweeps. You can use SweepsCheck to mark off the sweeps you have already entered. You can also use the MySweeps feature the create lists of sweeps that you have entered, and may want to enter again.

It can all be a bit overwhelming when you're starting out. Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you need help - the members here are fantastic and are very generous with their advice. Good luck!

:smt006 Welcome henry! There is no secret to winning. Just 4 things that will help you winatience, Persistance, Consistance and a Positive atttitude. If you do those 4 things, I can almost guarantee you will win!

Welcome Henry. Just remember it's all about luck and timing. especially the instants. You can enter everyday and still not win , even if they are giving away thousands. you just have to be lucky enough to hit the right time with the instants. but , I am happy to report persistance pays off. I've been entering for alittle over a year on SA site. since i've joined this site, i've won alot. before this site, very little. and the prizes i've won on this site have been really cool.
and don't forget to check your bulk mail. sometimes winning notifications will wind up in your bulk mail. so becareful.

I'm shooting for an Iphone this year! I think they're really cool. Sad part is that AT&T is their only provider.

Hi Henry, hope you have lots of luck. Best advice I can offer is don't enter for anything you really don't want! It is easy to get caught up in entering every sweeps you can find. And I only enter the high value contest that you can really afford and are willing to pay the taxes on. I also don't enter for trips that have to be taken at a certain time, I just don't have the flexiblity with my job and kids. I have had the best luck with contest that are limited to a certain part of the USA. I like the daily sweeps because I enter every day and it makes me feel like I have a little edge on others that can't enter every day. The instants are fun, I believe the best chance you have is to play when not many people are playing like the middle of the night or early AM. The end result is enter as many as you can as often as you can. I really can have a lot of long dry spells and you just have to keep faith that it cant last forever.
