Has anybody who has won this contest had any problems using the coupon online? I tried to redeem a coupon for a free lip color, liner and gloss but all it did was give me a free sample of some honey balm. I have 4 days left to use the coupon, but wanted to see if this was a common problem or of anyone had any idea what to do in this situation.

You must click on the email that they sent you, right below the online code it says shop now. Click on that and it will let you order.Hope that helps you. You do need a credit card because shipping is $1.06. I think you may have to copy and paste code in promotion box on order form.
add what you want you your cart and at the end...on the review page (after u add your credit card info) it will show the summary...and total amount...and if you scroll down it says ''add coupon'' (or something like that) and click there and enter the code for online redemption.
