first the car stopped at the gas station and would not start again.then when it did the engine light comes on,mind you i have to be in court within 50 minutes and i live 45 min away and have to meet my witness still.well i get there and we go into medation where the other party starts telling me what a filthy housekeeper i am! get this just because i forrgot to clean the ceiling vent in the bathroom!who does that anyway?i have all my proof but here is the kicker i gave her a 30 day verbal notice and she said fine,but i found out it was not.has to be in writing or they can keep your deposit.this boggles my mind out of the $1000 i was asking for i got $250 and she wanted to counter sue me for $4,400.which she had put in writing that she would not do!i left there feeling sick,stressed out and a headach.she dropped the counter suite.thanks for listling.
