Armour Eckrich Pokeman prizes: must sign to receive

Hi everybody, I saw a lot of others who's kids won the Pokeman DVD's (it's 2 DVD's) or the action figure. They came yesterday USPS but for some reason had to be signed for. So heads up By the way, my kids were thrilled!! There was 2 DVD's rather than one.
