Anyone gotten a package from 'FULFILLMENT CENTER' recently?

Went to my mailbox and had a pink slip from the post office. They didn't write the entire tracking number, just the last 6 digits, marked as a parcel from ''fulfillment center''. Anyone got anything from 'fulfillment center' recently? I haven't gotten any emails or phone calls, so I'm not entirely sure what it could be.

Yes! I found out, it was from a blog contest I won for a gold bracelet. It came from Texas. Probably would of saved a lot of time if the mail carrier put the rest of the tracking number. I won it a few weeks into July, but never really got any further response from them and they were a pretty small group on facebook, so I just assumed I might not get it. It was a nice surprise.
