For those of you that won the Columbia bugga boots instant win , how long did it take to receive the info to claim the prize? on the winning screen it said that they would contact you shortly. Just curious, and what does the subject line say, so I know what to look out for. thankx.
 
It looks like they will be sending you an affidavit.

"REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER: Except where prohibited, potential winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility (including a declaration of compliance with these Official Rules), a Form W-9 (for tax reporting purposes), and a comprehensive liability waiver and publicity release within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification."
 
thanks. I didn't remember whether you gave your address the first time you entered, you just put in your first name, email, and zip code when you play, i was expecting to be contacted by email. thanks.
 
I won these, I think the day before you did, and I haven't heard anything yet. I would think I will get something by Monday, I think, or I will contact them to ask.
 
i don't think there is, because there was a new instant just like this one, where the boot pops up out of the toaster and i entered the same info as this one, and there was no initial sign up. :scratch:
