Anyone else get this from Shutterfly recently?

I entered the Fall Memories sweep from Shutterfly and didn't get a winning screen. Today I got a notice I had till November 30th to claim. I went thru my old notifications and only thing I can find was a response from a daily entry thanking me for entering and saying that I should go and "claim one on us". I copied that number and pasted it on the Shutterfly promo line and it says it is an invalid or already used ID #. Anyone else get this? I would love to have another Shutterfly album as I won one of those in an Old Navy sweep, but this is different and from Shutterflies own sweep that ended 11/04/07. Anyone else having same problem entering promo code?
 
I got the same thing. I dont remeber winning anything from shutterfly because I would have claimed it on the spot. I'm dissapointed not sure if I lost a prize or not?
 
Yes I received the same email. I am certain that I never received a winning screen. (went through 1500 trash emails, & nothing there neither) Either #1 the game messed up or #2 The emails were sent out in error. I'm betting that because there are 3 of us so far (and probably many more) that it is an email error.
 
I found the original email they sent me. It was sent on 9/26/07 and the Fall Memories sweep ended 11/04. I had saved it in my "sweeps won" file. It basically said thanks for playing and that I should go to their site and enter the following code to see what I won, "on them." Then today I get the reminder that it expires in 5 days. Since the heading on the original msg said thanks for playing I would bet you just deleted it thinking it was a confirmation. I do that a lot. However, they gave me a code in that 9/26/email and the reminder today. But, when I go to the site it says the code isn't valid. Was wanting to do another album as they are really nice.
 
Hi, I got one too...I wish it was true since I would love to use it but it wont work for me either. I won the old navy one and never used it. but i didnt get a winning screen from fall memories. Did anyone write to shutterfly yet? madeline
 
You may have already used it. If you go to Shutterfly and click on myshutterfly, you may have pre-paid options. I found I won a calendar I had forgotten about.

I hope everyone has a surprise waiting for them.
 
I got the same email and I did not win anything during that sweep but won an shutterfly album in the Old Navy sweep.
 
Thanks Amy! I did just that and I too have a calendar waiting for me to claim. I suspect that is what we all have. I entered the Shutterfly code they had sent me in Sept. and again, it said it was invalid. I sent a msg to their customer service and am waiting for a reply. At least I still had access to the code, but didnt do me any good! :cry: Will let u know what I find out.
 
They e-mailed me back confirming it was the calendar. I guess I will try to get one put together as a holiday gift for hubby or something.

Hope everyone has time to pull theirs together.
 
Me too! They said to go to my acct and it will be there as a credit. Said I didn't need to enter a code as already been credited. Just create calendar and when checkout the credit will be applied and I pay for shipping. guess that's what I will be doing tomorrow.
 
I did it! Took me a long time to get all the pics together that I wanted to use. After that, it went pretty smoothly, altho I am sure there are easier ways to do it. Never mind, I got it done and ordered an extra calendar for son and family. The credit was applied without me having to do anything. Nice! they are really fast with their orders so I should have it in few days. Hope everyone gets theirs done as it is worth it.
 
I received the email too - had no idea what I had won. I ended up emailing them and they told me to look in "My Account" and Special Promotions (or something similar) I "won" 10 Greeting cards - expiring Nov. 30. Well, camera in hand, I followed my poor dear cat around all day long waiting for her to do something 'picturesque'. Finally caught her under the Christmas tree. I stuck the camera inside the tree, aimed down, and got her face surrounded by limbs and silver beaded garland - beautiful picture! Got my cards ordered and can't wait to see them.
Don't you just love surprise wins!!!
 
Whew! I just got my calendar done. I was easy and fun! I hope hubby likes it. It's from the pups! :laughing: I put all their pictures in it and made it up like they were doing it.

OK, so I don't have kids and I need a life. It was still fun! :laughing:
