Anyone else being denied access?

$30.00 was taken out of my checking account via paypal on Feb. 27, 2019, and my payment page on this site clearly shows it was received, but I am still being denied access to Sweepstakes Plus. I've tried unsuccessfully 3 times to get my access reinstated, with no luck! Anyone else? Feel like I am being ripped off.
