Another Unclaimable Win at Stella Artois

Won a set of 4 Chalices a couple weeks ago. Couldn't claim them. Won a Bugatti Bag today and cannot claim it. I hadn't played it since the last SNAFU but maybe twice and got losing spins. Today was a winner. I guess they don't really give prizes away. Won't play again.

Wow! I've been seeing several complaints about them not awarding prizes. Guess I will stop trying too. Bad public relations for the company. So disappointing for you.

I've noticed that some options in a drop down don't come up on mobile but they do on a PC/desktop. Maybe try that. It may be a browser issue. Happened to me last week, switched to my PC, no problem.
