Just got notification by email!! So excited. I mailed it out when it first started, so I was getting nervous that I wouldn't win.

**EDIT** Has anyone who has won had trouble clicking the link for the declaration? When I click it, it brings up a blank page that just says "Object moved Here" with the word "here" being clickable. When I click that, it doesn't do anything. I've tried on two different laptops, two different browsers, and my phone. Still nothing??? I sent them and email and got an automated response stating that they would get back to me within 24 hours. So hopefully they can fix it!

I did NOT have any issues claiming mine and I received my check today.
I do recall a question near the end of the form asking if there were any attachments. Do you remember seeing that question and whether or not if you possibly checked "yes"? I checked "No" and I wasn't really sure why it was asking. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it...(if you had checked the "yes" by mistake and then didn't actually have an attachment.)

My problem was that I wasn't able to even view that declaration, it just wasn't a working link. They corrected it, though, and I filled it all out. The attachment question was for in case you wanted to send your own signature, vs the electronic one. I clicked no.
