an email from eSticker - did anyone else get this?

It said that my email was used this week to send out a bunch of spam emails, and that my computer may be used as a proxy server (or something like that), then there's an attachment they suggest I run (zip file). I didn't open it, I wanted to check first with you guys and see if anyone else has received this email (subject line reads: delivery failed).

I emailed esticker, and this was their response:

esticker: Hi Jennifer, you are correct. Please delete that email. Our email servers are independent from our website so the website is safe. We are investigating and removing that access point. It's great to know that we have so many informed/experienced members. thanks, StickerSupport.

SO DON'T OPEN MAIL FROM ESTICKER THAT HAS A SUBJECT LINE OF 'DELIVERY FAILED'. Or at least don't click on attachment.
