American Family question

I entered their bingo IW a few times and have been bombarded with emails from them ever since. I have tried to unsubscribe numerous times and the response upon submitting is "It may take up to 7 days" but this has been going on for weeks now. I went to the "contact us" on the site and filled in form about the problem I am having and got this response...NOT a personal response but just one that came up when I clicked Submit....."Please give us two business days to respond. If you don't get a reply within that time, please check your email spam filter or junk folder. Sometimes, they mistake our response for spam. Our answer might be trapped in there, weeping pathetically over its inability to reach you. And that's just sad." What can I do about this?

I just make a rule in my email sending sweeps email to the same folder {SPONSORS} JIC they send a win with the same addy.

fyi - if you played after you unsubscribed, it may be that negated your request - not sure if this is one of those that require you to stay signed up to be eligible to play? :scratch:
