Affy for the REC ROOM????

Received my rubick's cube and they sent me an affy for it!!!
I don't know if I want to send my ss# for a dollar store item.
Anyone else have ideas about this?? :smt019

Well, I don't see the point anymore if you already got the prize.

However, under normal circumstances, a sponsor can request your social security number on any size prize. A sponsor may choose to report the win to the IRS since all prizes are subject to taxing no matter what size it is. You're just usually on the honor system with prizes under $600, but it's at their descretion to report those prizes also if they want.
